We left Progressive because we'd like someone local and we got a flyer in the mail. Quote was for their absolutely undepenadable "Drive Safe and Save" beacon. We were not told we were signed up for that at all and we didn't appreciate it."

"Sadly even though I am leaving State Farm for most of my insurance needs after 11 years as a customer this office is not the reason. They have always been friendly and kind and tried their best to help and advocate for me rather than just for State Farm. My primary reason for leaving State Farm lies with the Corporation itself. They had very poor communication with all parties, accepting and then abruptly cancelling more than one of my policies (within days of closing a home on one of them) so I have moved to Erie Insurance for most of my coverage needs. If you are a State Farm customer though and need coverage through a local agent give Leigh a call."

"Worst experience I have ever had with an insurance agent.. I definitely do not recommend these people. They really do not understand certain rules and regulations of the insurance world. And to add to this your agency decided to cancel my insurance policy after I placed a complaint to the corporate office and neglected to inform me, causing me to drive around uninsured for a month. Then this resulted in me having to pay a higher monthly payment for my premium. Thankfully my new state farm agent knew what they were doing and got me back on track."
